Very lovely stay, as always. Excellent home base for 2 nights. Tastefully decorated & brand-new room, an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron and ironing board in there. Excellent and amicable staff, super breakfast with lots of food. Great location in decent area, really close to the clock tower, and Bars, eateries, beach, arcades. For tea or coffee visit The Boating Lake Cafe nearby.

It had great and brilliant location with access to The Tower nearby. You could walk to the main shopping centre and shops. Our breakfast was lovely and marvellous for Katie's dippy eggs.

Fairly clean and pleasant place, has beautiful views of the sea. The staff are amiable and amicable. Have to say I thoroughly enjoyed delicious and super breakfast. As for me, the location is good and excellent, close to everything. The bets part that it's close enough to Bars, eateries, beach, arcades and the sea front close to the clock tower.

Gorgeous place, fairly clean, great value. Spotless room with tea coffee milk supplied lovely full english breakfast, a shower, for instance as expected. Amicable staff and a lovely breakfast with cerials and Katie's dippy eggs, as for instance. Marvellous location near to all the shops, and 5 minute walk from Natureland Seal Sanctuary.

The venue was pleasant, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the location was stunning close enough to Skegness and main attractions and the wall. The accommodation had everything we needed for our trip, we greatly enjoyed location and amenities. The beds were really good. Adjacent to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. And furthermore, there was skegness clock tower only 300 metres of the venue.
